• Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil

    1 Medium Onion, diced

    2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

    1 Red Bell Pepper, diced

    2 (14.5 ounce) cans Diced Tomatoes

    1 Scoop Kick It Up

    1/4 Tsp Salt

    1/4 Tsp Pepper

    4 to 5 Large Eggs

  • Preparation

    (1) Preheat oven to 375F.

    (2) Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

    (3) Add canned tomatoes and simmer until a sauce begins to develop (about 10-15 minutes)

    (4) Mix Kick It Up, Salt, and Pepper into the sauce and stir.

    (5) Using the back of a spoon, form 4-5 holes in the tomato mixture. Crack 1 egg into each hole.

    (6) Transfer skillet to oven, uncovered, and cooked for 8 to 12 minutes, or until egg whites are cooked.

    (7) Serve immediately!
