• Ingredients

    2 1/2 c Elbow Macaroni, uncooked

    3 1/3 cups of water

    1 c Heavy Cream

    1 Scoop Kick It Up

    3c Sharp Old Cheddar Cheese, divided

    2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

    1/2 c Velveeta Cheese, cubed

  • Preparation

    (1) Bring water to boil in a large oven-safe skillet. Add macaroni and cook on medium heat until al dente.

    (2) Once macaroni is done (all water should be evaporated), turn heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Kick It Up. Mix thoroughly.

    (3) Add 2 c sharp cheddar cheese, Velveeta cubes, and Parmesan cheese. Stir in gently and remove from heat.

    (4) Top the macaroni with the remaining sharp cheddar cheese and broil in the oven until the cheese is brown and crispy.

    (5) Remove, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve!
