• Just a Dash of Kick it Up

    Did you know you can tranform any of your Easy Fixins' into a more fullfilling treat with just a dash of Kick It Up? Here are some of our favorte solo snacks with a little bit of kick.

    Just add half a scoop of Kick It Up to

    Instant Raman.

    Store Bought Salsa.

    Canned Tomato Soup.

    4 ounces of Hummus.

    4 ounces of Sour Cream.

    4 ounces of softened Cream Cheese.

    1/2 c of Melted Butter.

    2 Eggs.

    Bowl Pinto Beans.

    Be sure to allow 15 minutes before to hydrate before snacking

    Pretzel Crisps, Pretzel Sticks

    Celery, Broccoli

    TIP: Use crackers and chips made from wheat for a healthier snack!

  • Quick && Easy Snacks

    Chips && Salsa

    Add one scoop of Kick It Up to 1 (14.5 ounce) can of crushed tomatoes. Wait 15 minutes and serve with your choice of chips.

    Cheese Dip
    Brown 1Lb sausage. While browning, melt Velveeta cheese on low until melted. Once melted add 1 can of petite diced tomatoes and 1-2 scoops of Kick It Up. Drain oil from sausage and combine with cheese mix.

    Spicy Crackers
    In a gallon sized bag, combine the following ingredients:

    One Envelope of Ranch Dry Mix

    One cup of cooking oil

    2-3 scoops of Kick It Up

    Squeeze the bottom of the bag until well mixed. Add two sleeves of crackers and toss occasionally until all oil has been absorbed. (about 20 minutes)

    Pepper Jelly Cheese Ball
    Add 2 scoops of Kick It Up, 1/2 c chopped pecans, and 1/2 c grated cheese to 16 ounces of softened cream cheese. Mix well and form into a ball. Chill until firm. Top with pepper jelly and serve with crackers.

    Kick It Up Dip
    Combine 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream, and 2 scoops of Kick It Up. Mix well and let hydrate for 15 minutes.

    Spicy Pickles
    Add 2 scoops of Kick It Up to a store bought jar of pickles. Let sit for 3 days to allow maximum absorption. Try with: Dill, Pickled Okra, and our favorite, Bread and Butter!
