Butt Burnin' Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 Pounds Cubed Beef Stew Meat
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 Cubes Beef Bouillon
4 Cups of Water
2 Scoops Kick it Up Salsa
3 Large Potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 Carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Large Onion, chopped
2 Tsp Cornstarch
2 Tsp Water

Preparation
(1) Add the oil to a Dutch Oven, or a large, heavy bottom pot. Cook the beef in batches over medium heat until brown. Add water and beef bouillon to the beef, bring to boil, and stir until cubes are fully desolved.
(2) Add seasonings of your choice to the pot, turn heat to low, and simmer. (About 1 hour)
(3) While beef cooks, wash, peel, and cut your vegetables.
(4) Set vegetable aside and combine the remaining 2 tbs of water with the cornstarch. Mix until smooth.
(5) After an hour, add the vegatable and cornstarch mix to the beef. Stir.
(6) Cover the pot and let simmer for about another hour, stirring occasionally.
(7) Add Kick It Up to stew 20 minutes before serving.
